The incident happened on September 10, 2024, in the afternoon. The story has it that Mr. Nsikak from Akwa Ibom happened to be the landlord of the baby’s mother, who recently parked in the compound.
The one-year-old and 7-month-old baby were playing with Mr. Nsikak’s son, who is 7 years old.
The man r@ped the baby and even ejaculated on the baby. The baby was filled with blood, and Nsikak ran to the bush and escaped to his farm, so the youth followed him up, and then while they got him, he offered the youths some amount of money in millions to silence the matter and as a means of permit to enable him to escape from the community, but the youth refused and handed him over to the police.
Mr. Nsikak is currently in the custody of the police, and the child is seriously bleeding at a cottage hospital in Biase Local Government Area.
Mr. Nsikak, who’s the r@pist, is from Akwa Ibom State and resides at Betem, Biase Local Government Area, where the crisis occurred.
He is known as a businessman around the community. As of the time of writing this report, he’s yet to give reasons for his actions.
