On Monday, February 9, 2025, the Cross River State political group held a leadership training known as De-Caucus Leadership Workshop, where Rt. Hon. John Gual, Rt. Hon. Hilary Bisong, Mrs. Justina Ovat and others train 18 local government coordinators.
The De-Caucus Leadership Workshop is aimed to build leadership capacity among representatives from all 18 LGAs, equipping them with the skills to lead beyond conventional political structures.
